Hans Nayna

Hans Nayna is a singer, a songwriter and a guitarist. He is from Bel Air Mahebourg, Mauritius. He was born on the 3rd March 1989. He has always loved music, since a very young age. He used to sing with his mother and even alone when he was quite small. During high school, he tried singing but he could achieve what he expected. After high school, he was between the age of a teenager and an adult, he tried to write a song and played it with his guitar, it actually worked out.

That one song pushed him to write many more songs. He describes that he has the same energy as he had for the first song. He feels inspired by many international artists such as Paolo Nutini, Sia, Coldplay, Adele, Fat Freddy and many more. Damien Bathurst is the man of his show as he is the only man helping him realise his dream. Since the day Hans met Damien, they have been continuously trying to promote Mauritian music in every angle.

Hans puts his soul in the songs he writes. For Hans, Damien is the only person who never stopped believing in him and kept motivating him to achieve and become a singer. Hans believes that someone who loves music, should hold on to that as many talented and new upcoming artists do not really have the guts to follow their dream.

He also thanked his band who helped him release his albums. His talented team of musicians includes Emmanuelle Ghem, Christophe Bertin, Josian Long, Fabien Thomas, Bryan Armoogum, Yann Payet, Emmanuel Desroches, Jean Lou Arlanda, Jean Michel Ah Young, Dario Ramdeal, Michael Nicholas and Nitish Boojhawon. His only thought for the coming generation and artists is not to give up and keep pursuing their dreams.
