How to buy tickets for an event with Otayo?

Do I need an account to purchase a ticket on Otayo.com or the Otayo app?

To make a purchase or booking through the Otayo website, you do not need to pre-register or create an account. You can choose to either:

Yes, creating an account is mandatory. You will be required to provide your contact details (first name, last name, phone number, and email address).

If you already have an Otayo account, simply log in to purchase your tickets.

Is it possible to make a reservation by phone?

Yes. Our customer service agents are available at 466 9999, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., to assist you with your reservation.

You can pay by credit card, MCB Juice, or bank transfer. An e-ticket will be sent to you once your order is confirmed.

Where can I buy tickets for events?

Tickets can be purchased online on Otayo.com, via the Otayo mobile app, or through the various points of sale across the island.

Please note that tickets purchased from unauthorised sources are not valid.

How can I pay for my ticket order? / What payment methods are accepted?

Tickets can be paid for by credit or debit card, via MCB Juice, or by bank transfer. At Otayo points of sale, payments are accepted by debit card, credit card, or cash.
