Practical Information

Accessibility

• The concert is family-friendly and open to children aged 3 and above.
• Doors open 3 hours before the concert.
• All seats are accessible via the Skybridge from the outdoor parking area.
• Organizers will be present to guide and assist you throughout the event.

Parking

• A large free parking area will be available on a “first come, first served” basis.
• To ease access, we encourage you to carpool whenever possible.

Seating

• Each ticket entitles you to a seat. Seating is allocated on a “first come, first served” basis, so we recommend arriving early to settle in comfortably.

Food & Drinks

• Fast food stands and a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the concert.

Restrooms

• Men’s and women’s restrooms are located at the back of the stands.
• Accessible restrooms for persons with reduced mobility are located on the ground floor, after the corridor behind the stands.

Access for Vulnerable Persons / Reduced Mobility

• A drop-off zone will be set up at the main entrance of Côte d’Or for elderly persons or those with reduced mobility, with direct access to the seating area in front of the stage.
• To facilitate access, it is recommended to present a disability card or place a visible sticker on the vehicle.
• Car access for elderly persons will be managed by the security staff.
• Vehicles must then be parked in the outdoor parking area.

Dress Code

• We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
• For safety reasons, umbrellas are not allowed. Please bring a raincoat, cap, or hat depending on the weather conditions.

Security & Medical Assistance

• Security staff will be present throughout the concert.
• Two ambulances will be on-site to provide immediate assistance if needed.

Prohibited Items & Behavior

For safety reasons and to ensure the smooth running of the concert, the following items are not allowed within the event premises:

• Outside food and drinks
• Alcoholic beverages
• Cigarettes and any form of tobacco or vaping in public areas
• Weapons, sharp objects, or dangerous items
• Umbrellas (please bring a raincoat in case of rain)
• Fireworks, candles, firecrackers, or any pyrotechnic devices
• Drones
• Stools, folding chairs, or any personal seating
• Parking on the highway or outside authorized parking zones

Security checks will be conducted at the entrances. Any prohibited items will be confiscated and may result in denial of entry to the venue.
