Henri Fleurant

Henri Fleurant is among the most experienced DJs on the Mauritian scene. Versatile across different styles, he has fully defined his identity within house and deep house, genres shaped by a strong influence from 1990s music culture.

His journey is that of a DJ built entirely on the ground, evolving from early private parties to established club stages. Vibe marked a major turning point in his career, where he began to make a name for himself.

He then went on to perform regularly in clubs across the island, including Zanzibar Night Club and Saxo, as well as at clubbing events and electronic music festivals, gradually establishing himself as a key reference on the local scene.

Scratch remains his musical signature. Unusual within the house scene, he uses it as a core element of his artistic expression, giving each set a distinctive character. Even today, those who have known him continue to acknowledge his talent and career.
