Protez Nou Lagon is back for its 4th edition — Saturday, December 13 in Grand Gaube — bigger, louder, and greener than ever!

For one day, the Sir Gaëtan Duval Stadium will become the epicenter of a celebration that is both festive and committed, dedicated to protecting our lagoons.

The day is structured around two main highlights:

From 10h to 14h, an eco-village will host educational workshops, awareness campaigns, exhibitions, and free activities, aiming to educate the public of all ages about environmental issues.

From 15 onwards, a concert featuring a lineup of artists will take over, turning this commitment into a true collective celebration

In just four years, Protez Nou Lagon has become a must-attend event in Mauritius. Artists, NGOs, schools, and citizens come together every year in a beautiful synergy of art, commitment, and solidarity.

The mission: to protect our lagoons — those turquoise waters that are the very essence of our island identity. A moment where art meets action, and solidarity truly comes to life.

Practical Information

• Free entry for children under 12
• All activities will take place at Sir Gaëtan Duval Stadium
• Tickets grant access to the event from 10h00 and to the concert
• Concert starts at 15h00
• Food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed
• Security checks will be conducted at the entrance
• Prohibited items: any sharp or pointed objects, glass bottles, perfumes, candles, fireworks, firecrackers, and pyrotechnic devices
• Arrive early to settle in comfortably and fully enjoy the experience
