Victony

Né le 5 janvier 2001, Anthony Ebuka Victor, est un chanteur, rappeur et auteur-compositeur nigérian. En grandissant, il a été inspiré par des artistes comme Davido, Wizkid, Mi, Falz, etc. Il est sous contrat avec une maison de disques nigériane appelée Mainland BlockParty et Jungle Records. Il a sorti son tout premier single intitulé Ina Benz, qui a été sa première apparition dans le monde de la musique.

General Jadel

George Arumona Edache, connu sous le nom de General Jadel, a sorti son tout premier album. Le Nigérian, à l’île Maurice pour des études en gestion hôtelière, offre ce qu’il appelle un “genre de musique motivante”, bercée par le hip hop, le RnB et l’afrobeat et avec quelques touches de dialectes nigérians.

Prince Stave

D’origine nigériane, Ejiogu Uchenna, 29 ans, veut créer son propre label de musique pour mieux promouvoir l’afrobeat à Maurice. Quand il n’est pas en cours de gestion d’entreprise, c’est derrière son micro qu’Ejiogu, dont le pseudonyme est Prince Stave, passe le plus clair de son temps. L’artiste a également un EP composé de 5 titres.
Ce jeune artiste ne chôme pas et à des projets plein la tête, comme de faire de nombreuses collaborations avec plusieurs artistes locaux – Bigg Frankii ou Lioness Stacy et bien d’autres.

Jaywillz

Jaywillz a débuté dans la musique en 2010 et n’a jamais cessé de le faire. Malgré le fait que le monde de la musique soit submergé d’excellents chanteurs et auteurs-compositeurs, il s’est démarqué. Il a déménagé à Lagos pour poursuivre ses rêves et sa décision de déménager a été avantageuse pour sa carrière et il est maintenant classé parmi les plus grands artistes émergents du pays. Il a fait une grande pause quand il a sorti son single ”Abena” qui a été un succès auprès de ses fans.

Blakkayo

Blakkayo is a local artist and a well known activist. Since a very young age, music has been his passion. He performed with his friends on stage in the 90s. He was then encouraged by Bruno Raya to join the OSB crew, which became a trend and very popular for many years. From his first day on stage, he did an outstanding performance that made him fall in love with live shows and also the stage, where he feels more in his element.

Lyonsquad

The members of the group Lyonsquad are living a daydream! They became famous through social media, by posting their hits on social media. In fact, Lyonsquad has hundreds of thousands of followers worldwide and tens of millions of views on YouTube.

This stunning rise has been accentuated since the national lockdown and release of their first clip ”Angela”, launched in August 2020. These young artists from different parts of the island and Rodrigues, are learning to make music on their own. The catchy rhythms and humorous dialogues that they employ are catching on for generations: ‘Kisana Piarose Marose…’.

666 Armada

Whether in parties, cars especially, on the platform Tiktok, their music resounds all day long. This group composed of Swankipakitoke, Zantakwan, Killabone and Evander, is experiencing unprecedented success with their style of music that does not go unnoticed.

Joker Kartel

Joker Kartel, composed of young talented artists, is one of the groups of the moment in Mauritius. Through their music, they climb the ladder and conquer the hearts of young and older people.

DJ Makiah

This talented DJ is Resident DJ at Queen’s Night Club in Mauritius and also performs at both private and corporate parties. In 2016, he ventured into the music world and started his professional career as a resident DJ at Altitude Private Club.
