About the Event : HER

Body • Hormones • Health

You live in your body every day… but how well do you really know it? HER invites you to the MGI, Moka, on Saturday 28 November for an afternoon dedicated to women’s health, hormones and wellbeing.

Women experience significant physical and hormonal changes throughout their lives, yet many are not sufficiently informed about how their bodies function, which symptoms may be considered normal and when it is important to seek medical advice.

Through expert talks, open discussions, an interactive Q&A session and practical movement, the event creates a space to better understand your body, hormonal cycles and the changes that can occur throughout different stages of life.

The discussions will cover menstrual health, PMOS, endometriosis, fibroids, perimenopause, menopause and symptoms that should not be ignored.

Come with your questions and leave with a better understanding of your body. A networking and refreshment break will also be available, providing an opportunity to continue the conversations in a welcoming setting.
