Theatre lovers, this is the event for you! Troupe Theatralis returns with one of Molière's funniest plays, Les Fourberies de Scapin, from Thursday 08 June to Saturday 10 June 2023, at MGI Moka. Get ready to laugh out loud, and if you have children, bring them along!

Lovers of Molière know that this classicist play never goes out of fashion. Molière is known for his ability to combine comedy and depth, and through Les Fourberies de Scapin he uses various devices including comedy, farce and Italian comedy.

A brief summary of this iconic play by the renowned playwright: Scapin the kindly trickster will have to use all his knowledge to bring together two pairs of lovers - Hyacinthe & Octave and Zerbinette & Léandre. The four lovers will need the help of Scapin and Sylvester to get their fathers, Geronte and Argante, to accept their love. The main themes are the praise of cunning, marriage and above all comedy, of all kinds.
