Sugar Beach International Croquet Cup 2024

Croquet is played either individually or in teams of 2 to 8 players. The objective of the game is to use a mallet to guide a wooden ball through a series of hoops that are placed on a precise path. The player must manoeuvre the ball swiftly and pass it underneath each hoop to complete the course. For newcomers to the sport, this event presents an opportunity to learn the art of croquet.

Endorsed by the esteemed South African Croquet Association, the Sugar Beach International Croquet Cup 2024 guarantees two unforgettable days of croquet, camaraderie, and thrilling experiences. Registered players will have the chance to compete against the world’s top croquet players, including the current world number 1, Robert Fletcher. Notable participants making their way to Mauritius include Jenny Clarke and Guy Scurfield.
