Brought to you by Tones Event , the festival will start from 8:00 pm on Saturday November 19, 2022 and will end at 5:00 am on Sunday November 20, 2022. And yes! During 9 hours, you will be able to sway and sing your favourite songs in an idyllic setting.
The 7 Cascades Restaurant & Lodges will be ideal for this festival which will be filled with good vibes and a crazy atmosphere. The music will echo throughout the domain and you won't be able to resist grooving to the catchy beats all night long! And since no festival is complete without eating & drinking, delicious food & beverages will be available for purchase on site!
The event will feature some of the best local artists on the scene, along with some of the trendiest DJs. Prophecy, Blakkayo, Alain Ramanisum, Laura Beg, Clarel Armel, Jimmy Gassel, Ejilen Faya, Avi S and many more will be at the Faya Festival - worthy of its name.
Of course, what would a festival be without MCs? Well, the charismatic Bruno Raya and the lovely La Nikita will entertain you as animators throughout the night.

About the artists
The Prophecy
In 2015, the band released their first album entitled ’21st Century’. It was immediately a great success till it became the revelation of the year and won the ‘Backstage music band’ award. The concerts followed one another and the group gained in maturity and experience . In 2018, they released their second album ‘Where we belong’.
Laura Beg
Laura Beg has made more than one dance in Mauritius as well as overseas with her hits such as “Tik Tiker”, “Inna dancehall time”, “L’immensité l’amour” or “enn lot kuma mwa”. She is one of the most appreciated artists by Mauritians, Réunionese and even the whole world. Laura Beg has put her voice on zouk, reggae and dancehall. She also masters a variety of songs and has a great energy on stage!
Blakkayo
Blakkayo is a local artist as well as a well known activist. Since he was young, music has been his passion. He performed with his friends on stage in the 90s. He was then encouraged by Bruno Raya to join the OSB crew, which became a trend and very popular for many years. From his first day on stage, he did an outstanding performance that made him love live shows and also the stage where he feels more alive.
Alain Ramanisum
Alain started in the music industry at a young age. He was part of the group Cassiya at the age of 15, where he was the pianist. After that, he had a very successful career as a solo artist, with various hits and albums. One of his biggest hits is undoubtedly “Li Tourner”, which can still be heard at most dances, weddings and festivals on the island. ‘Li Tourner’ also caught the attention of DJ Assad and Willy William who, along with Alain, released a remix of this classic in 2013. With about 15 albums to his credit, Alain is definitely a staple of Mauritian sega! Whether it’s bringing a Mauritian Sega twist to the classic Indian hit “Kia Hua” with his own interpretation or incorporating the Hindi language into his song “Aao Nacho”, Alain is a multi-talented artist. From segas that make everyone dance to segas that make people cry, Alain has a discography that covers it all.
